28/05/20 - Water

As today's theme was water I was initially going to capture the different shapes of ice however, as I continued the shoot I was further inspired as the ice began to melt to create my abstract interpretation of the melting ice caps. To create this shoot I used ice, water and clingfilm. The ice was the melting ice caps, the clingfilm represented the glaciers and mountain and the water symbolises the melted glaciers and ice caps. In addition, I laid these images out in the order that expresses how the process takes place. I did simple editing on these images to help highlight and make the ice stand out as much as it can. Furthermore, I think that this shoot is one of my favourite shoots that I have done in this project so far and I would like to possibly continue the idea of climate change in future projects.
