07/05/20 - Food

It's day 7 of this project and today's theme is food. For this shoot I was inspired by some photographs that I found on Pinterest . To create these images I got 3 teaspoons and filled 1 with black pepper another with chili flakes and the last one with salt, and on the wooden chopping board I sprinkled various other spices as well as a few basil leaves, to add colour and vibrancy to the images. In addition, placed the metal spoons on the wooden board to create a contrast and also to make the spices stand out as they are the focus of the shoot. I think that this shoot is successful because these photograph express my vision of food photography is also I think that I captured the spices and spoons in all different angles and positions which I think appear eye-catching and effective.
