14/05/20 - Texture

Today's theme was texture and I wanted to focus on textures that can be found within nature, in particularly the textures found within wood. I experimented with my editing; my inspiration was some images that I found on pinterest in which, some of them are black and white and some of were in colour, so I edited them in a variety of different styles that my inspiration were in. I focused on close-up shots of the trees to be able to in depth to capture all the different textures of the wood. In some of my photos contain some leaves to add vibrancy which makes the photographs more eye-catching. In conclusion, I think that these images are relatively successful because they capture all sorts of different textures and depths and natural patterns that can be found within the trees.
